Brothers 4 Literacy & Life, Inc.

Brothers 4 Literacy & Life was created in memory of our Great Grandmother, Geraldine, whose love for helping kids learn to read and her efforts to raise monies for children to go to college truly inspired us.

Brothers 4 Literacy & Life, Inc. is a non profit, 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization created by Eagle Scout brothers, Edward and Xavier. Our mission is to equip under served young people around the globe with reading, learning and life resources that will ensure them success for years to come.

ABOUT US

Vision: Our vision is that young people across the globe will have every chance of success based on a strong foundation of access to educational resources.

Statement of Intent: Our goal is to help children in under served areas all over the globe explore the world through our love of reading and learning. We want to equip them with reading, learning and life resources that will ensure them success for years to come. We started on our journey by working with a school in Jamaica named Robins Hall Primary School, which currently has a literacy rate in the 60th percentile. It is also our goal to work with schools in Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Argentina and Guatemala.

Brothers 4 Literacy & Life Founders, Edward and Xavier, are passionate about helping children who are less fortunate obtain the necessary resources needed in order to strive, learn and thrive and vow to keep awareness on this global issue in hopes of combating it.
